Hey! It's Agent M here.  I haven't really made a clear n' obvious post about our rules so here it is.

How we handle complaints and what to do if you have a complaint.
If you have a complaint about someone the first thing you want to do is copy the problem if you're in a chat.  If your issue is with something in someone's profile, their quote, their avatar, or a post then just remember to tell us this.  Now that you have your "evidence" simply PM me or one of our mods with your "evidence" included and we'll take care of the rest :3.

From there that person will be issued a warning through a PM.  That person will then be "flagged" by me.  If I hear of another complaint about this person within a period of two weeks then that person will be instantly IP banned from the forum. A total of 3 valid complaints will get a user IP banned.

The actual RULES!

The fact is we don't have many rules.  WATS is about being weird and breaking the norm.  This means we're quite liberal in terms of what we allow.  Pretty much if it isn't malicious or obnoxious it's AOK.

Rule 1: Swearing.
We are about letting our users be themselves.  If you happen to swear a lot that's acceptable.  BUT IF SOMEONE TELLS YOU TO PLEASE STOP SWEARING IN A THREAD OR IN THE CHATROOM PLEASE STOP OR ELSE YOU MAY GET IN TROUBLE.

Here are some examples of what's acceptable and unacceptable:
That fucking sucks, dude. <Acceptable.>
FUCK YOU BOB! YOU FUCKING PRICK! <UNACCEPTABLE!>
Ugh, my cat's being a shit again. <Acceptable.>
That Bob_roxorz is such an asshole. <UNACCEPTABLE!>

ANY SLURS/SWEARS ABOUT RACE, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RELIGION, OR GENDER IS UNACCEPTABLE!
Examples are the N word, F_g, cun_, Wetba__, ect.

THIS APPLIES TO EVERYTHING YOU DO HERE.  THE BOARD, THE CHAT, YOUR QUOTE, YOUR PROFILE, ECT!

Rule 2: Chatroom Abuse.
It's alright to abuse the change name system if it's all in good clean fun.

Changing your name to say: All your base is now belong to us! is acceptable and funny :3

Changing your name to something malicious/foul/obnoxious and acting like a complete jackass is unacceptable.  If someone tells you to stop or it's not funny.  STOP Or else they may report you to us.  It takes a big person to swallow their pride and admit they overstepped their boundaries.  Pricks, well, just tell everyone to shut the hell up.

Rule 3: Flaming.

Flaming is UNACCEPTABLE! If someone's flaming you.  Don't flame back.  Remember it's more effective to contact me or the mods and report them.

Rule 4: Taking my eggos.

LEGGO MY DAMN EGGOS, FOO!

Anyhoo, with all that aside we can all be weird and have fun! Pretty much as long as you don't say something that'll get a Cable Show on Comedy Central canceled and don't be obnoxious/malicious you're AOK.

Oh, and if any new rules are added. I'll make an announcement in WATS General that will last 1 week.  And that will tell you to check the rules for any updates.
