I usually started my email with Synopsis 3 from the press kit, and then put Mdot's email and a link to the press kit at the bottom.

I tried to get it in "The Province" a huge Paper in BC, and when I did the E-mail in Outlook, it had an error, and shut it off. My hole e-mail is gone, and it was pretty long... Damn it!
