Since moving to San Jose and not knowing anyone or anyone around here; I need to start focusing my efforts of a few creative things.

I'll start posting a few ideas on here and let me know if 'yea' or 'nay' on some of them. Till then; EVERYONE POST THEIR IDEAS of what you would like to turn into a movie.

Pirate zombie ninjas strongly urged.

Hah.

Shadowrun the game, the movie?

I'm not sure if anyone here remembers the SNES Shadowrun game. It was purely awesome, in my eyes; and did give me my first inspiration.

I was thinking about turning in into a live action trailer (not movie). Sometimes a trailer can be a lot more creative than the actual movie.

What other games would you like to see turned into a movie trailer?

Well, On April 2010, The Old Mill Film Club, The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, ILM, Tippett Studio and the Disney's Dinosaur Production Crew will remade the movie Dinosaur into a 3 hours and 7 Minute-long partially computer generated epic, which will not only revive, remain faithful to and represent the movie screenplay as originally concieved and intended by the writer of the Wild Bunch Walon Green between 1984 and 1988 (because I will not be tempted fate by messing up with the Land Before  Time and I also knew what a beating fans, critics and scientists gave the 2000 film over the years for doing just that!), the writers will also start fresh for many other portions of the film bringing it to an almagamation of elements culled from the 2000 film, the development and pre-production scrïpts, and the 1988 Walon Green scrïpt but with only the voice of the narrator. We will contract extra staff, the Disney's Dinosaur art department will help conceptualize the remake, and will do hundreds and hundreds of conceptual illustrations and dozens and dozens of conceptual sculptures designing around the dinosaurs and other creatures. Although many species of Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous animals did not live in the same time or place as the Tim Box remake, their inclusion might be added for familiarity and dramatic effect. to Bring the world and creatures of Tim Box's Dinosaur to life, there will be a combination of Computer Generated and Animatronic creatures composited to live action backgrounds, minatures, and digital CG environments and matte paintings. Direct Input Devices will be built for the cast in Tim Box's Dinosaur, while animatronics will be built for close-ups and well as full size animatronic creatures. A Large scale minature of the whole of the world depicted during the development and pre-production phases from 1988 to 1997, will be built as other minatures will be planned. the digital effects artists at ILM and Tippett Studio will create dinosaur walk cycles, will research techniques on the feathers and fuzz of some dinosaurs, and will built the whole of the prehistoric world as envisioned by Walon Green digitally, tree by tree. The Tim Box version of Dinosaur will have an aspect ratio of 2.35:1, and will be shot using 24-P HD Digital cameras as well as the Fusion Camera that is used for the upcoming Journey 3D, so it will be exhibited on D-Cinema and Tim Box Digital 3D, a variation on Disney Digital 3D, and it will be shot for a budget of $316 million.

Cast your vote on who will direct Tim Box's Dinosaur, which will be a literal retelling of both the 1988 Walon Green scrïpt and also the development/pre-production/production scrïpts but with only the voice of the narrator, in your opinion?

I want a trailer based on Metroid.

All of which makes me anxious, at times unbearably so.
