Alright. With E3 2007 kicked off yesterday officially, and Mircrosoft dropping the dime on Tuesday evening with their Press Conference and Media Junction thingy, we have already begun oogling at what's in store for this '07-'08 gaming year. Though, like with most of the press conferences this year, I was slightly disappointed. We were looking for information on a lot of big titled games during Mircrosoft's press conference. We were looking for a price drop for the 360 because of the little Xbox 360 Elite fiasco. We were looking for more than just a Halo 3 trailer, ya know? But Mircrosoft did give us something to cream our pants for. They showed us gameplay from "Assassin's Creed" and GoW [Obviously known as "Gears of War"] for the PC. They dropped the dime on new "Crash Bandicoot" game rightfully called "Crash of the Titans". Though, I already saw a trailer for it a long time ago. Their Xbox Live service is definately improving, but let's face it. They didn't show us ENOUGH!?! Most of the stuff a lot of people were looking for didn't show up. And though, I'm a Halo buff and really can't wait to get my hands on the 3rd and final installment of the Halo Trilogy, it's going to take more than Assassin's Creed, Halo 3, GoW for the PC, and new games for the Xbox Live Arcade to convince me to buy a 360. Where's that flippin' price drop for peeps like me? And lastly...WHERE THE HELL IS THE FABLE 2 FOOTAGE!?! I saw some on a website with the creator showing some gameplay. That's cool and all, but goodness...could you show us a little something else? New trailer at least? Anyway. E3 has two days left. Hopefully, Microsoft has something that's going to make me want it more. For now, I'll have to trust my hopes in Halo 3, GTA IV, Assassin's Creed, and the already popular Gears of War and Elder Scrolls IV. Laterz, sk8rz.

The thing about a lot of the stuff you mentioned is that the developers just aren't ready to show off the games yet. It's not up to Bill Gates or Peter More to show off Fable 2, Thats up to Peter Molyneux and Lionhead studios. If there isn't a trailer or demo for a game shown, its not Microsoft's fault. Also the Elite was far from a fiasco. In fact the Elite was quite the success, at least financially for Microsoft. Over the past few months that the Elite has been out, the majority of Xbox 360's sold have been Elites. I'd call that a win.
