Saw it a week ago. It was AWESOME!

In terms of Frank Miller's work, I like 300 almost more than i like Sin City, so i was pretty pumped for this movie.
It doesnt get better than some good ole fashoned Spartan ass kicking to get the blood pumping, and this movie delivered. The gratuitous use of slow-mo can be a bit much at times, but it almost allways serves a purpose so its acceptable. Everything was pretty much just right in the movie. The action was brutal and satisfying, the acting was great (King Leonitas was AWESOME!), and the special effects were top of the line. Amazing movie, and a fitting adaptation of the comic.

GO SEE THIS MOVAAH!!!!

Well, it's not supposed to be true to history. It's an adaptation of Frank Miller's dramatization of that battle. So historical accuracy is not really the goal of the movie. Delivering tons of Spartan ass whupin is the name of the game XD

I saw it and loved it. It really wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be more realistic but after I saw it, I was glad that it wasn't.

I just saw it on DVD. I like it WAY better than Sin City. Both movies were excellent in terms of visual style, but 300 had a better scrïpt.

Corn is NO place for a mighty warrior!!!
