I first drew everything in pencil.  Then went over it with copic markers, which, unfortunately, didn't turn out as well as I thought.  Then I did some touch-ups with photoshop.  The title of this is 'Out of Service'.  I had a crazy idea that Emmm found an ice-cream-tree, but all the ice-cream had been eaten.  Blue promises to find him another one.  (I'm sorry that it's so messy, that's kind of my art style) D:
