Did you guys start another chatroom without me? @____@ When I try the Gabbly chat, no one's on. When I try the 'backup' chat, no one's on either. Where IS everyone?

Yeah, there is a temp one, but I hate it, it's Java, and thats lame. I made a quick easy one where everyone could have their own Icon, but no one went.

Lately the chatroom's been a bit slow.  Ironically because I and a few other chat lurkers haven't been around lately to lurk and talk to whoever comes in.  Causing them to stay and eventually forming a group over time.

:0 I've just been a tad busy with life n' stuff so I haven't been able to spend too much time in the chat this week.

That and for some reason last week Gabbly was acting up.  To the point where Thursday I even had problems getting on (I've been one of the lucky ones to not have problems with it).  Friday the whole chat went down right before M dot could enter.

I'm telling you guys, a forum chat box would be better, but if not the link should at least be in open sight (ex the front page or something)so the newer people skip over it.

Chat box like those little tagboard things? O_o I'd prefer we do IRC so we can chat in real time and we'll post a tutorial up for those who don't get it... it's like... 'Durrr... type /server then type /join #channel. There ye go.'

I've tried creating a forum chat but it's problematic with aceboard.  I experiment with the forum once in a while when it's late at night.

The problem is that Aceboard doesn't allow enough space to have a decent chat box.  It's cut off a lot.

Well, one of the reasons I have decided not to have an IRC chatroom is because despite the fact it's easy to use once you understand it it's a bit problematic to learn for some members.  The ideal chatroom for us is one that requires no software to download so all members can join in.

While you members are free to create your own WATS chatrooms they won't be endorsed because of the fact we don't want to split up our members between chatrooms.  That's why we will only have one official chatroom and possibly a backup chatroom.

None the less, what I've noticed is really just based on those who attend the chatroom.  Meaning I don't hear complaints from members who don't chat because of the few problems with gabbly.  So now that all members interested in chatting have tried to do so via gabbly--I'll set up a poll to see if we should stick with it or move onto another chatroom.
